Paid personalized wish links remain actively hosted, accessible, and live for a standard validity period of up to 90 days from the generation date (with lifetime memories archived). We reserve the right to remove links that breach acceptable conduct policies without liability.
You bear full legal responsibility for any photos, custom messages, voice notes, promises, inside jokes, and names you upload into Cherishly. You strictly agree NOT to upload:
Cherishly employs automated and reactive moderation and will immediately deactivate links containing illegal or abusive material with zero refund.
All animations, sound designs, original music loops, software code, SVG illustrations, washi tape concepts, and user interfaces on Cherishly are the exclusive intellectual property of Cherishly. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view and share your generated link.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
