1. The 100% Free Interactive Preview Model
We believe in absolute transparency. On Cherishly, you never pay upfront. You can customize the name, photos, music, and secret messages, and walk through the recipient experience completely free. You choose to pay ₹49 ONLY if you are thrilled with the preview.
2. Immediate Digital Consumption (No Physical Return)
Upon confirmation of payment of ₹49 via UPI / Razorpay:
- Our automated engine immediately provisions cloud storage, registers the unique link, and bakes the media assets into an active URL.
- Because digital deliverables cannot be "returned" once accessed or shared on WhatsApp, cancellations or refunds are not permitted once a link is unlocked.
3. Genuine Technical Failures & Double Deductions
While the ₹49 fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind reasons, we strictly honor refunds in the following rare circumstances:
- Double / Duplicate Charges: If your account was debited more than once for the same order due to a bank gateway glitch, the extra amount will be refunded 100% within 3-5 business days.
- Failed Link Generation: If your money was deducted but our system failed to generate your link due to an internal server outage, simply message us on WhatsApp with your UPI transaction ID / Screenshot, and we will either immediately dispatch your link manually or issue a full refund.
