      Your Memories Are Private: Cherishly will never sell, rent, index on search engines, or publicly broadcast your personal photos, names, or private letters.
    

1. Information We Collect

To render your custom digital gift experience, we collect:

Personalization Details: Recipient name, sender name, anniversary/birthday dates, and custom written letters or sticky promises.
Uploaded Media: Photographs or optional voice notes uploaded during the creation wizard.
Transaction Data: Payment ID, order ID, and transaction timestamps processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN numbers.

2. How Your Photos & Letters Are Kept Private

Each wish page is baked into a uniquely obfuscated URL hash. Only individuals who possess the direct link (you and your recipient) can access and view the celebration experience. Cherishly does NOT submit user links to Google or search crawlers (noindex, nofollow enforced).

3. Razorpay Payment Processing

Payment transactions are routed securely via Razorpay under RBI guidelines with bank-grade 128-bit SSL encryption. Razorpay processes your transaction data in compliance with PCI-DSS regulations.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

User-generated links remain live for 90 days. Users can request immediate permanent deletion of their photos, audio, and personal messages at any time by messaging our verified WhatsApp support with their link.

5. WhatsApp Communications

We do not spam. WhatsApp contact is used exclusively for order link delivery, payment receipt confirmation, or customer service queries initiated by you.
